After working hard in the sales position for more than ten years, I have also accumulated rich market experience. At that time, it was a good time for reform and opening up. My determination to go to the sea and do it myself inspired me to establish my own brand new south company, which later became the predecessor of today's southstar company. As a batch of baking machinery brands early after the reform and opening up, "New South" has seized the development opportunity of the times. However, its story has just begun.

When the company was founded, I didn't flinch from the barriers of products in the market at that time. I'm sure to innovate my own products. At that time, the principle of bone welding with automobile appearance was adopted, and the old process of riveting was changed. In addition, using the principle of the half arm spring of the bicycle tripod, the original technology of the old furnace door was transformed. Facing the barrier, Tang Shusong did not flinch. Today, the innovative and reformed process of southstar rotary oven is still popular and leads the national market of oven production.

In running an enterprise, we must be prepared for danger in times of peace and must constantly develop new products. At that time in 1997, there was a great lack of electricity in China, and there was an urgent need for a gas oven on the market. It was not easy to see a new breakthrough, but again encountered technical barriers. Tang Shusong doesn't want to give up. He drew lessons from the repeated research of foreign equipment, and with an unyielding drill and tenacity, he finally found out the core technology of gas oven, took the lead in launching gas oven, and won the reputation of trusted products in China.

For all new South southstar products, we will provide customers with three basic guarantees: one national joint warranty for one year, the second point, the five-year warranty for the key parts of the heating pipe, and the third point, all products are maintained with compensation for life. So these three points are our promises to customers. Decades later, we still promise these three points of service.
