This series of rotary rack ovens are designed to be energy efficient insulation layer that retains heat, The combustor is long lasting. Built-in sealing strips around the door are durable and easy to replace when needed. A user-friendly touch screen and PLC control system make this bakery oven easy to use and can store 9 groups of data which allows bakers to preset three-stage baking.

When door's open, the air ejector extracts the exhaust air and heat automatically.
There-layer insulation is good heat preservation.

Japan-imported Olympia burner, imported core electronic parts.
Five sections adjustable air outlet ensures sufficient convection and even temperature.

Two speeds in hot air circulation.
The oven stops when the door's open during baking. If the trolley is not at the right place, you can adjust its position with mechanical switch and take out the trolley accordingly.
Each function comes with an indicator, in case malfunctions occur, you can find it out immediately.
