When disaster comes, how small and fragile human life is, and our human will is incomparably strong in the face of disaster. It is this tenacious will and this indomitable spirit of struggle, Let us overcome disasters and difficulties every time, so I think we should be full of confidence in life and work. No matter what difficulties we encounter, we should have a strong will, stick to it and try our best to overcome them. The second deep feeling is "how important a stable job is for us". At the beginning of this super long holiday, we may not think so. We think we can go to work normally on February 11. We may still complain that the holiday is not long enough for fear of not playing enough. However, after we postponed the construction for two times in succession, For the first time, it was postponed from February 11 to February 18, and for the second time, it was postponed from February 18 to March 1. Will we have an inexplicable panic and anxiety at this time? Why? Because we are the backbone of our family, all the people in our family expect us to eat, drink and wear. First, the current situation of epidemic prevention and control is still in a very critical period. We must not relax. First, we should wear masks, second, we should wash our hands frequently, and third, we should not run around. When I was patrolling the workshop these days, I saw some colleagues pull down their masks, which is not allowed. The company clearly stipulates that they should wear masks during working hours and during meals. When eating, they should eat alone and take them to the dormitory. Don't get together for dinner. Don't talk when eating. At the same time, the company has disinfected hand sanitizer in the place where they wash their hands, Wash your hands with that disinfectant when you get off work and after going to the bathroom. Another thing to emphasize is not to run around. Colleagues living in the company should try not to go out in addition to going to work and eating. People living outside should not run around. Try to avoid and reduce the frequency of going to the street, the vegetable market and the supermarket. We must continue to be vigilant, maintain a high state of alert and win the epidemic prevention war completely.

Second, at present, our company has started work normally. All kinds of labor disciplines, quality requirements, production safety, as well as various rules and regulations and control cards formulated in the process of management upgrading should be strictly implemented.
